I am very happy to share with you my blog on some of the things I am most passionate about: food, health and fitness.
Franck and I started this journey in 2015 when we started taking small steps to a healthier lifestyle. We both inspired one another to eat healthily and work-out regularly. The way we look and most importantly, the way we feel, have changed so much and that is why I have decided to share our experience, that continues and grows everyday.
Cooking and exercise work hand in hand – it’s impossible to exercise and see results without eating the right way. Franck and I work side by side as well. I focus on the recipe and writing and Franck on the technical part of the blog and of fitness.
Along the way to achieving our physical goals, we now feel stronger, happier, have more energy and are almost never sick. We still have many more goals to achieve but we are on the right track and motivated to continue.
I try to always make food that is healthy, full of protein and tastes really good. I don’t believe in missing out on treats but I do believe in moderation and using healthy products.
